A great opportunity now exists for a Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse All Rounder to join our small & friendly team for an Immediate start.
About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact with both face to face and telephone customers, assisting clients with end-to-end service from Sales/Enquiries to Picking & Packing Orders ready for Customer Collections, so a diverse mix of day-to-day duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Counter sales and enquiries, entering sales orders
- Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut saw
- Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks
- Occasional customer deliveries (MR truck)
- Vetting orders
- Product support to customers.
About You:
You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have:
- good and confident computer literacy skills
- experience in a similar role / industry with current forklift licence
- a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
- minimum of MR licence would be preferred
- the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely.
