Trade Qualified CARPENTER

We, GKM Building Services (ABN 94 162 062 973 QBCC LICENCE NO 1251682) based in Emerald, CENTRAL QUEENSLAND 4720
are looking for Carpenters with both a broad and specialist range of skills.
You must be competent across the following tasks:
* Maintenance and Renovation
* Finishing work * Cladding, fix outs
* Following plans, drawings and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures
* Supervising Apprentices
* General skills in concreting, painting, plastering and welding are a distinct advantage however not essential
* Adherence to personnel policies, Workplace Health and Safety and company policies
Please only apply if you possess the following:
- Cert III in Carpentry and at least 5 years on the job training
- You are well presented, reliable, honest and motivated team player
- You have own tools and vehicle
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently
- Competent in using an iPad/apps for job management
- Take pride in your work - provide quality work in a timely basis
- Ability to problem solve
SALARY Negotiable based on experience and competency
