Programmed Skilled Workforce Darwin are looking for applications from experienced Trade counter sales team members for local opportunities with a well-known Australian brand, based in Winnellie.
This is an opportunity to grow and develop into a senior role or to transfer into the many other departments within this business. There will be significant training and investment into your career.
The role is initial casual hours with a possible opportunity to become permanent. Permanent staff receive offers such as bonuses, gift cards & company shares.
Duties may include:
- Managing customer enquiries, face to face, over the phone and by email.
- Offering support and advice on Industrial items, clothing, and PPE.
- Counter sales and support. Cash/EFTPOS transactions
- Liaise with internal staff and communicate with external clients offering support and performing administrative functions.
- Stock management & General housekeeping
About you
- You will enjoy working with people, exceeding customer expectations.
- Be well organised and ability to learn quickly.
- Be committed, reliable & responsible.
- Willing to participate in a Pre employment medical and or drug and alcohol screen.
- Have reliable transport an advantage.
Ideally:
- You will have an Industrial or trades background.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift licence will be an advantage.
- You will have used to be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365
