You'll be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets, by providing Customers with base and tailored solutions that meet all manner of requirements in the automotive aftermarket. You will achieve this through effective call planning, superior relationship management, and a level of authenticity that demands that people must deal with you.    The role will see you manage a varied portfolio of well-established Customers, alongside the active attraction of new business. Your passion for going above and beyond will shine through, never more so than when you are showcasing our products to capture new sales.   Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will work closely with the local Wellington Branch Manager, their team, as well as having constant interaction with the wider Bapcor sales teams at BNT Automotive, HCB Technologies and Precision Equipment. So, while we do have a list of experience we’re ideally looking for, our priority is your attitude, followed by how you’d fit in with our team, and lastly, what it is you would bring that’s different to everyone else that says they can sell. We can train the product stuff, need you to bring the rest. Some other things that make you stand out include: You'll have a proven track record of profitable B2B sales delivery, in a range of market conditions. Your relationship management skills will be outstanding. Sound experience in account management and possession of a passion for going the extra mile for your Customers and colleagues. The ability to develop and maintain a two, four and six week market call plan.
