The Role.
- Installing new fire systems, including hydrants & hose reels
- Installing control valve assemblies, actuating devices and local alarms
- Installing fire pump sets
- Modifying existing hydrant systems
- Connecting static fire water storage tanks
- Connecting piping to water mains, supply tanks, pumps, compressors, and control equipment
- Testing for leaks using air or liquid pressure equipment
- Selecting, measuring, cutting, reaming and threading pipe
About You.
- Trade Certificate in Plumbing
- Working at Heights Qualification
- High Risk Work Licence
- Construction White Card
- Valid drivers’ licence and own transport
- Confined space qualification (preferred, but not essential)
