We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver the Traffic Control and Traffic Management + Implement Traffic Control Plans course
Affirm Training, our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivers a broad selection of nationally recognised courses and business specific training, for corporate, facilities management, construction, arts, recreational and entertainment individuals, and businesses.We are seeking an experienced and qualified trainer to deliver the Traffic Control and Traffic Management + Implement Traffic Control Plans course (with the view to deliver other courses).
As a Traffic Control Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in educating and enhancing the skills of our students. Your expertise will contribute to elevating our students’ capabilities in handling diverse security challenges effectively.
- Facilitate training and assessment activities within a classroom environment (indoors and outdoors).
- Work collaboratively with the admin team to maintain and control student’s records.
- Ensure compliance with the SafeWork NSW conditions of approval.
- Assist with validation of course resources.
- Participate in continuous improvement.
Full NSW Driver's License
Hold at minimum one of the following:
- TAE40116 Cert IV Training and Assessment
- TAE40110 Cert IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
- TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A and
- TAEASS501 or TAEASS502A or
- TAEASS502B
-Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Facilitate training and assessment activities within a classroom environment.
- Facilitate practical training and assessment activities within an outdoor environment.
- Work collaboratively with the admin team to maintain and control student’s records.
- Ensure compliance with the VET Quality Framework / SafeWork NSW conditions of approval.
- Assist with validation of course resources.
- Participate in continuous improvement.
- Able to demonstrate current industry knowledge and skills relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
- Have work experience through employment within industry in a role relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
- Have current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning, including competency-based training and assessment.
- Full-time, casual or contractor will be considered for this role.
