We currently have opportunities for Team Leaders and TMA Operators. If you have the right attitude and want to work with us to develop and grow in an ever-expanding organisation, we would love to hear from you!Duties:Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for works or eventsUse of Stop/Slow Bat to control trafficImplement and monitor operational traffic management plansComplete vehicle pre-start checksLoad and unload vehicles with signage and equipmentComplete required paperworkComplete site hazard assessments and implement control measures to suit the siteReport on site hazards and near missesMonitor traffic behaviour and/or flow to ensure safety is maintained at all timesObey instructions from team leaders, foremen, inspectors and auditorsControl traffic, pedestrians and cyclists to protect maintenance workers, work crews and members of the publicMinimum Skills & Experience:Hold OH&S White card and current NSW traffic control cards (both TCR and IMP qualification required)Driver licence and own reliable transport to attend workA minimum of 12 months TEAM LEADER experienceAvailability to work days, nights and weekendsPeople who can work individually and in teamsSafety focused people with excellent communication skillsHow to apply:To apply, click “APPLY NOW” *If you don't have the required tickets, our registered training organisation, CivilEdge, can assist you with upskilling.
