About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Traffic Controller to assist pedestrians crossing the road at a designated set of traffic lights. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safe passage of pedestrians by operating the traffic light system effectively.
What You Will Be Doing:
Monitor the flow of pedestrians and vehicles.
Press the button on the traffic lights to facilitate pedestrian crossing.
Ensure the safety of pedestrians crossing the road.
Communicate effectively with pedestrians and motorists as needed.
Maintain a vigilant presence at your post to respond to crossing needs promptly.
What You Will Need:
A valid White Card.
A current Traffic Control Ticket.
A valid driver's license.
Reliable transport to and from the job site.
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
