AddressTraffic Management Planner & Coordinator
AAG Infrastructure is a leading Civil construction and Traffic Control company based in Southern Sydney. Due to company growth, we are seeking a Full-time Traffic Management Planner/Coordinator to join our growing company. You will be responsible for several management planning and coordinating tasks and team support across our projects. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with the Traffic Team planners, allocators, as well as traffic controllers & clients to effectively and efficiently complete tasks relevant to the role.
- Communicate any operational and site requirements to the traffic control team.
- Designing, amending and maintaining high quality traffic control guidance schemes (TGSs/TMPs) in accordance with legislation, company policies, procedures and relevant standards.
- Applying for Mains Roads, council and authority required permits and approvals in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate sound administrative skills and computer literacy, including proficiency in document control, permit management, and relevant software applications to support efficient project planning and execution.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information where required to assist with administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate role model behaviour in punctuality, reliability, collaboration, and compliance with AAG’s Code of Conduct, Work Health & Safety policies, and more comprehensive business policies and procedures.
What you bring to the table:
- Traffic management planning/allocating experience preferred
- Must have Qualifications in RIICWD503E Prepare Traffic Management plans and traffic guidance schemes
- Experienced in utilizing software to design TGSs & TMPs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy & demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
