The Role: Factory 2IC Traineeship
As our factory 2IC, you will learn on the job and through external training organisations about food production, pasteurisation, Team Leadership, HACCP principles, food safety, and good food culture. This is a 2-year full-time traineeship with the expectation of long-term employment with our company.
