The Coffee Machine Technician role is a full-time position and is based at our Glenunga location.
About the Opportunity:
This is your opportunity to be part of a team that provides high quality repairs, sales & customer support services relating to domestic Coffee Machines, including but not limited to, the following reputable brands:
- Delonghi;
- Saeco;
- Gaggia;
- Lelit; and
- others.
What we’re looking for:
Preferably, candidates should have some coffee industry experience, however it is not essential as on the job training and development, as required, will be provided to the successful candidate.
Great customer service and teamwork are some of the foundational values of our company, as such candidates must show commitment to uphold high standards in the areas of customer service, teamwork, communication and work ethic.
In addition, the successful candidate must have and show the following attributes:
- Punctuality and ability to work autonomously;
- Ability to troubleshoot & fault find - natural mechanical inclined;
- Excellent time management and ability to proficiently manage workflow;
- Well groomed & presented;
- Demonstrated computing skills;
- A “can do” attitude and no blame culture-based mentality; and
- Honesty & ownership.
Applicants with Electrical, Electronic and Technical based experiences and qualification are highly valued. However, we are also willing to offer the position to a Trainee if the candidate’s interests, attributes and attitude are favourable to the position.
