SalaryDue to rapid growth and increasing demand, Investigative Services Group are recruiting Trainee Factual Investigators to assist with Insurance matters across Sydney and Regional NSW.
Factual Investigators are responsible for conducting research, collecting and analysing data, conducting interviews, and preparing detailed reports. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other team members, maintaining accurate records, and managing multiple cases effectively.
Qualifications
- Current 2E Security License (Mandatory)
- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in conducting interviews and gathering evidence
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices
