TRAINEE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CRAFT SPIRITS - LEADING DISTILLERY

We seek a junior liquor SALES REPRESENTATIVE to train up to assist our sales team.
The role is Perth based and will focus on upskilling for local wholesale sales distribution in both on and off premise in our Perth metro and northern suburbs, with select country territories. You will work closely and collaboratively with our team to drive product sales including marketing and events, and activations. The hours of work can be anticipated to be on any day of the week and include weekends, evening and night commitments for events and activations. The role requires someone who is keen to work and grow our wholesale customer database, and implement our brand and sales strategies, be able to work within an assigned budget, meet objectives and provide weekly reports to the management team on sales and stock movement trends.

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will be someone preferably with sales experience in the liquor industry. You will have a passion to develop and implement action, seek opportunities to build sales and brand awareness, maintain positive brand and product exposure and be able to learn to close a sale.
Essential Skill Requirements:
- Sales experience - At least 1 years recent experience in a similar role preferably with on the road SALES REPRESENTATIVE experience
- Customer Service Focus - excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to create first class customer relationships
- Competent - in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs and CRM management (CRM training provided)
- Organisational Skills - good time management skills to plan and prioritise for success with a high level of attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem Solving - take a solution focussed approach to problems
- KPI Reporting - willingness to meet and exceed KPI targets
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Rights to work in Australia
- Police clearance (prior to employment)
