To support this we are seeking a new Trainee Mobile Tyre Technician to join the GRI-FIT service team based in Cavan, SA.

The Role – What you will learn
- How to fit, remove and perform maintenance on tyres & wheels
- Perform inspections and determine the suitability of tyre & wheel components
- Maintain quality in accordance with company policies & specifications
- Demounting, repairing, replacing and fitting tyres
- Ensure a high level of service quality
- Ensuring work areas and tools are kept tidy and in good working order
- Inspecting and refurbishing exchange rim stock
- Correct use of all tools, equipment and machinery, including hydraulic press
- Ensure a high-level safety focus during operations
- Storage and preparation of waste tyres for disposal
- Working both in the workshop and at customer yards on specialty tyres
- Complete all relevant paperwork related to the role
You will perform duties at all times with a fully qualified Tyre Technician to safely perform tyre fitting

- Hourly rate based on experience and licences
- Forklift operating experience & licence beneficial.
- 38 hours a week base + overtime as required
