Form of workThis entry level position will provide training and experience in individual and group support practices through assisting with planning, programming and delivery of quality, client-centred services that support frail older people and people with disabilities to maximise their independence at home and in the community. The trainee will undertake a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability and/or Ageing).
