Job description

Insight Early Learning is opening a BRAND-NEW centre in Dubbo. Due to open March 2024 (Subject to Service Approval from the Regulatory Authority), we are seeking dedicated team members to join this exciting new venture.

We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Trainees to join our new team at Insight Early Learning Southlakes Stream Avenue service.

The Role

In this role, you must show a connection with and willingness to advocate for children and Insight Early Learning's philosophy WISDOM, INNOVATION, SUSTAINABILITY and EQUITY. You will be a great team player, show initiative and confidence, and be ready to PLAY as we operate on a play-based curriculum.

You will be willing to obtain Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Diploma. You will be participating in implementing an approved learning framework and supporting the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children. This involves creating a safe, inclusive environment that supports diversity and encourages children to develop self-confidence and self-esteem.

More about the position: 

  • It is a permanent position.
  • Allocated study time-off the floor. 
  • Qualification gained through a registered RTO. 
  • Working as part of a team to educate and care for children in a national company that truly recognises and rewards great team members. 
  • Being coached and mentored by our experienced Educational Leader and service management.  
  • Developing strong relationships with children, your team, families and/or care givers.
  • Actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • Being open to working in any room with children’s age ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years. 
  • Working in line with Insight's philosophy, policies and procedures.

What you will bring:

  • Willingness to obtain a Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (a must)
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check (employee card)
  • Warm, Empathetic and bubbly personality
  • Willingness to work as a team
  • Willingness to work with children of all age groups in the centre
