Our client is an Australian-born entrepreneurial organization that has been providing quality products & service for the past 75 years to more than 70 countries globally!
We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a Trainer for their close-knit team in their conveniently located Condell Park office. They are looking for a candidate who is willing to review and improve processes, provide training and be a mentor to the customer service team. They have a great support network available, and focus on providing the highest customer service experience for their clients.
The Role
As a successful Trainer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Facilitating training workshops for new employees on products, services and processes
- Coordinate ongoing training to ensure employees' customer service is continuously improved and enhanced
- Complete quality assurance to identify areas of improvement and provide constructive criticism
- Assist in problem solving and dispute resolution when escalations come through
- Prepare and send out communications regarding changes to processes, policies and products
- Location: Condell Park - parking on site available!
- Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- Salary: Attractive negotiable salary package
As a successful Trainer, you will offer:
- Previous experience as a trainer for at least 2-3 years, ideally for a customer service team
- Knowledge in using Sales Force ideal but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative thinking
