The Opportunity
- Trainer & Assessor
- Permanent Part Time: 38hrs/week
- North Brisbane Suburbs
An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and amazing individual to be a part of our growing team in the role of North Brisbane Trainer Assessor. Make this opportunity your own and come work with us.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Growing the business through the promotion of the AIECS online student learning platform.
- Communicating effectively and efficiently to students and potential enrolments of the AIECS
- Facilitating student progression through regular student contact and providing prompt assistance to student queries
- Marking and processing of student assessment submissions in a timely manner (according to RTO policies)
- The development and delivery of training including night classes and weekend workshops
- Effectively assisting in the implementation of regular training package updates throughout the RTO's range of training packages
In the position of Trainer Assessor your day will commence from your home and involve travelling to childcare services across North Brisbane to provide onsite training. In addition, you will be required to visit the RTO office on a weekly basis, conveniently located in Shailer Park (Logan).
About You
In addition, you will need to hold the following minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management (or equivalent) (not required but highly regarded)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116
