About Access Industries and Access Knowledge

Access Knowledge is a Registered Training Organization within Access Industries for the Disabled Ltd. Access Knowledge delivers workplace training for to support career and employment goals by developing the necessary skills and knowledge. Access Knowledge also delivers workplace training for people with disabilities who are either employed looking to upskill or seeking employment. The mission and purpose of Access Knowledge is to create opportunities for people with disabilities and vulnerable people to achieve economic and community participation through meaningful employment.

The Opportunity 

Access Knowledge is growing and are taking an expression of interest for a Trainer and AssessorMSM30116 Certificate III Process Manufacturing to join our close-knit team based in Sydney, NSW and Newcastle, NSW.

Our expanding not-for-profit business in the disability sector offers a variety of programs tailored to meet the needs of our clients and the community. These programs encompass face-to-face, blended learning and workplace-based models, including traineeships and skill sets.

Your experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering face-to-face training programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in intermediate-level administration and computer skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility and a high level of self-motivation.
  • A minimum of two years of training and assessment experience within an RTO (Registered Training Organization)
  • At least five years of work experience in a related industry
  • Experience training students with LLN needs (such as students with a disability) is desirable. 

Your qualifications:

  • Relevant experience, as outlined above, with the ability to demonstrate current expertise.
  • Successful completion of MSM30116 Certificate 3 in Process Manufacturing.
  • Successful completion of TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, along with either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A, or TAEASS502B.
  • Industry qualification at or above the delivery level required.
