Position Overview: We are seeking few motivated and experienced Automotive Trainers and Assessors to join our dedicated team. As a key player in our organisation, you will contribute to the growth and success of our automotive training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in automotive subjects, ensuring a student-centered approach.
- Assess and evaluate students' practical skills and theoretical knowledge in alignment with industry standards and National Training Packages.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, catering to a diverse student population, including beginners and those with specific needs.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and resources, embracing technology and practical applications.
- Design and administer assessments, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and industry requirements.
Qualifications and other requirements
- Any one or more of the vocational qualification
- AUR32420- Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology
- AUR32721- Certificate III in Automotive Electric Vehicle Technology
- AUR32120- Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology
- AUR30620 - Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- AUR40720- Certificate IV in Automotive Body Repair Technology
- AUR40216- Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
- AUR50216- Diploma of Automotive Technology
2. Any of one of the following training and assessment qualifications.
- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
- TAE40110 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus TAELLN411 Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills and TAEASS502 Design and Develop Assessment Tools.
- TAE50111 - Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.
- TAE50116 - Diploma of Vocational Education and Training; or its successor.
- TAE50211 - Diploma of Training Design and Development.
- TAE50216 - Diploma of Training Design and Development, or its successor.
3. Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
