The Role
As a Trainer & Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering the CHC43015 Certificate IV Ageing Support. This role is to be delivered in the evenings - Preferably Monday & Tuesday, however flexible to hear your availability.
The role can be an immediate start or from February 2024.
Planning, developing and delivering the course of study to students
Maintaining records of students’ progress and attendance
Analysing current training methods and identifying areas for improvement
Manage and assist with student placements and industry visits
Provide a professional standard of care to our students
Support students to become confident, knowledgeable and skilled in Aged Care/Disability Support
The Successful Candidate
Must hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Minimum Cert IV Ageing Support or Preferably Nursing Qualification with Aged Care Experience
Experience in the delivery and assessment of vocational education and training
A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
Industry currency and experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
