About the role:
Due to an increased growth and demand in the Brisbane Metro region, we now have a Part time position for approximately 3 days per week week face to face delivery.
Training will occur at each client’s work location around Brisbane.
We offer permanent ongoing positions with flexibility, ongoing learning and development. You’ll be joining a supportive and hard-working team.
We are seeking qualified and experience trainers to deliver and assess in some OR all of the following qualifications:
- Language and Literacy – Foundation Skills Package
- Business - BSBTEC202 Use digital technologies to communicate in a work environment
- Business - BSBWRT311 Write simple documents
- Business - BSBTEC303 Create electronic presentations
There are 200 hours on offer for delivery in the above units, offered in a 3 week day a week delivery format.
The ability to deliver high quality, compliant and engaging sessions is vital, while ensuring appropriate assessment systems are in place that allow each person to attain relevant qualifications.
About you:
As someone who is passionate about their own learning and development, you love helping others learn and giving back to the community.
You are a clear communicator with experience working or interacting with people from disadvantaged backgrounds with low levels of education and learning.
You also don’t mind driving to worksites in Brisbane to ensure our courses are delivered when and where they’re required.
About your qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment -TAE40116 Including the units being delivered (or willing to obtain them)
- Industry experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering accredited vocational training
- Ability to engage all learner types and levels
- Ability to work unsupervised and good time management skills
- Ability to captivate, retain, and provide engaging training
- Ability to build supportive relationships with students
- Moderate computer literacy including MS Office suite
- Current Driving Licence
- National Police Check
