Form of workTraining Administrator Chandler Macleod are currently on the lookout for a Training Administrator for a 6 month role in the Bowen Basin. This role is Monday - Friday. Overview:The role is responsible for supporting site systems to drive compliance, training and reporting initiatives that positively influence the culture and performance of the site.
Reporting to the Superintendent Site Systems, key responsibilities include:Assisting CMW’s with training, LMS and gate entry queries. Daily data entry requirements utilising SuccessFactors and Documentum platforms. Provide Supervisor support with reporting requirements.
Document and Records Handling and Management, including archiving. Maintaining department registers. Conduct
General Work Area Familiarisations.
Develop strong working relationships with our key stakeholders. About you:Outgoing personality with a drive to deliver quality customer service. Strong communication skills that support you building relationships at all levels of the business.
A proactive approach in identifying issues coupled with the confidence to generate and put forward creative solutions. Proficient computer skills in Excel and Outlook with a high level of attention to detail. Exposure to SuccessFactors Learning Management System desirable.
Ability to organise and manage competing demands and priorities. Ability to work and engage in a strong team environment.
