The opportunity:
Manage the complete compliance training process for the Maintenance Department. This will involve the administration, systems’ maintenance, filing, data management, and auditing training documentation for the group, ensuring compliance across all parks.
Your day to day:
• Select and engage external training providers to deliver training for the Maintenance Department
• Coordinate the booking of individual and group training sessions, ensuring attendance
• Manage the Learning Management System and training reports
• Maintain and file accurate training records, update document registers and generate reports
• Work effectively within management department, liaising with all staff levels regarding technical training and training documents
• Support the development of training content and procedures
• Perform general administration task as required
What you’ll bring:
• Experience with document control and general administrative tasks
• Intermediate/advanced computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to build quality working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Strong time management and organisation skills, with an attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Experience using web-based server and filing systems, e.g. SharePoint is an advantage
• Experience using SAP is an advantage
