Training Administrator / Admin All Rounder

AEAGP is a one stop shop when it comes to housing maintenance and construction, with capabilities across all aspects of construction, stretched across the entire Northern Territory.

• 38 hours per week FTE
• Based in Darwin Office

Duties include, but not limited to

• Reception duties, meeting, greeting clients, answering telephone.
• Coordinate Training programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, arranging materials, and communicating with trainers and participants.
• Manage participant registrations, enrolments, and attendance records, and provide assistant to participants if required.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including entry to Student Management system, and issue of certificates.
• Data Entry, Filing and scanning.
• Provide admin assistance across all AEA Group Corporate Services as required. (Meeting minutes etc.)

Attributes required:

• Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft office tools, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experienced in the use of SharePoint, TEAMS
• Knowledge of online development platforms, Coassemble, WordPress and social media platforms an advantage
• Knowledge of Student Management systems, specifically PowerPro an advantage
