Reporting to the CVIS Change & Adoption Manager, the Training Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, design, development, delivery and evaluation of all Training and education associated with the rollout of the Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS). The primary audience will be staff working in the Echocardiography (Echo) and Cardiac Catheter Laboratory (CCL) specialty areas, across 20+ sites throughout the state.Liaise effectively with key stakeholders to resolve technical and strategic training issues both internal and external.As part of a team, drive adoption of the CVIS solution training strategies to the Hospital and Health Services (HHS's), to promote workflow compliance.Are you right for this role?
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
- Oversee the planning, design, development, delivery and evaluation of all Training and education associated with the rollout of the Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) state-wide.
- Assist in validating the Training Needs Analysis for CVIS training (who, where, how many, in what and how), as well as the resources required to support the pilot and subsequent rollout tranches.
- Facilitate the establishment of an appropriate training database environment, in partnership with the technical teams and the vendor.
- Drive the engagement of internal and external stakeholders (incl. vendors) in regards to the planning, development and delivery of the CVIS Training and education.
- Administer the centralised suite of training materials and tools used across all Hospital and Health Services, ensuring the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the materials. Ensure all materials are available through online platforms as appropriate, which may include iLearn Learning Management Solution (LMS).
- Monitor the training completion rates at each site as part of the go-live readiness activities and provide input to the go/no go decisions based on end user levels of competency and confidence to use the CVIS solution.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to advance the quality of content and delivery approach of the CVIS clinical and administrative training state-wide (particularly post the pilot).
- Facilitate the successful handover of business and/or technical knowledge to the identified BaU Operational teams who will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and custodianship of the training materials & resources.
