Training and Assessment Lead

People2people are excited to be partnering with a highly regarded government owned organization that is creating and building new teams to assist with growth and increased workflow, which has led to them building a professional framework to drive compliance, service and outcomes.The opportunityReporting to the Head of L & D, a large part of this role will see you support, manage and mentor a team of Assessors – identifying training opportunities and providing guidance. In addition, you will be collaborating with internal stakeholders reviewing and assessing capabilities of team members and identifying training required to comply.Selection criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in L & D, HR or Org Psych
• Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent
• Proven experience in understanding capabilities frameworks – evaluating & assessing
• Leadership experience – building and supporting teams
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills with stakeholder management exp
• Tech savvy and quick to pick up systems, processes and procedures
