In addition, you will be collaborating with internal stakeholders reviewing and assessing capabilities of team members and identifying training required to comply.Selection criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in L & D, HR or Org Psych
- Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent
- Proven experience in understanding capabilities frameworks – evaluating & assessing
- Leadership experience – building and supporting teams
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills with stakeholder management exp
- Tech savvy and quick to pick up systems, processes and procedures
- 12-month contract in a highly regarded organization
- Focused on building and supporting internal capabilities
