On behalf of our client, a construction business based in Arncliffe, we are seeking a Training and Induction Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis starting asap.
The main purpose of this role is to greet all new starters and process to induct them to the new projects. This will include managing bookings, verifying and maintaining records and coordinating logistics for all new employees and subcontractors. You will also assist with the coordination of training activities.
This role is based on the project in Arncliffe which has parking on site. You will also be traveling to the Training Academy in Homebush.
The hour for this role is 6.30am – 4.40pm Monday to Friday, and this assignment will commence for 6 weeks with the potential to be extended.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience maintaining accurate data records and experience working in administration, ideally in Training and Inductions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of Training and Induction
- Manage financial administration processes for training
- Maintain database
- Ensure all information is correct during inputting of training data
- Check in all new starters during induction
- Assist with needs to analyse training data
- Process details onto the system
- Welcome subcontractors and new employees
- Be the go to person during induction and training
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing data records
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to support the team with Training and Inductions
- Must have a white card (Construction Industry Induction)
- A certificate IV in Training and Assessment is also highly desirable.
- Australian Driver’s License and own transport
