Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our Training, Culture & Facilities Management team at SPARK North East Link D&C. The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the team's success through quality, efficient, and effective training administrative planning and support for managers and the wider project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate training records for the project.
- Administer HR/training records, including data entry into applicable training systems.
Business Performance:
- Upload competencies into Damstra.
- Schedule training to address identified gaps.
- Support the Senior Training Advisor with organizing and tracking project training.
- Ensure attendance register sheets are issued, completed, and returned for every training session.
- Assist the People & Culture team with HR/training initiatives.
