About the role
The Training Support Officer, Aboriginal Access Centre is responsible for providing a first point of contact for potential students and community groups. The incumbent provides vocational and educational counselling, case management and support to current/prospective students and supports Aboriginal students to transition from the Aboriginal Access Centre to mainstream TAFE SA courses. The Training Support Officer assists students to manage their enrolement and studies at TAFE SA.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS). A Current Class C Driver's License.
