Job Description

The Cushman & Wakefield / Property and Development NSW account team is responsible for the delivery of a range of property and facilities management services across Property and Development NSW and its various clusters and agencies. The nominated portfolio consists of freehold and leasehold properties across New South Wales (NSW). The delivery includes property and facility management, procurement exercises, minor churn, environmental and associated financial management services.

Customer experience is fundamental to Cushman & Wakefield’s delivery for Property and Development NSW. This requires an experienced, aligned, adaptive, and customer-focussed strategic partner that can safely and competently deliver our management services and we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team.

The Transaction Management Analyst is primarily a support role within the Transaction Management team. This role will provide strong financial and analytical expertise to ensure favourable market transactions are achieved whilst supporting the operations of the Integrated Portfolio Management – Transaction Management service line for Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the client.

This role will be co-located within a Portfolio Services Centre providing support for one or multiple client portfolios.

The purpose of the Transaction Management Analyst role is to provide robust financial modelling and analysis, evaluation of client leasing options through analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, assist in the preparation and updating of reports and presentations to ensure the best possible transactions outcomes are achieved.

  • Reports on key developments and forward-looking insights to Leasing Executive/s and Transaction Manager/s
About You
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial analytics
  • Experience in commercial real estate and leasing desirable
  • Market knowledge within given geographical area desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, lasting professional relationships
  • Tertiary qualification in real estate, finance or a business-related discipline preferred
