Transaction Management Analyst

Platinum Pacific Partners is currently working with a leading Private Alternative Investment Manager. The firm provides sophisticated investors with investment solutions covering debt, real estate and private equity. 

Due to continued growth and successes of the firm we have a newly created opportunity in a specialist Transaction Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a CFA part qualified/recently qualified professional who has developed strong financial modelling skills, who wishes to build a long-term career within investment management. 

Diverse opportunity that will see you take ownership for maintaining and developing detailed financial models, ongoing management across a portfolio of investments and syndicated funds and risk management. Key responsibilities will include: 

• Production and maintenance of cashflow models 
• Production of quarterly investor reporting
• Capital call calculations 
• Support deal origination and internal finance teams 
• Risk management 
• Project management 

Your background:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• Post graduate studies in finance (CFA highly regarded) 
• 3+ years' relevant experience within investment banking, credit, real estate fund management  
• Strong numerical skills with excellent financial modelling 
• Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability
