About the Role:
As an Accounts Payable Transactions and Resolution Officer, you'll play a crucial role in our finance team. Your responsibilities include processing Accounts Payable transactions, addressing business and vendor queries, and supporting the Accounts Payable team as needed.
Full Time Closed Period Contract - March 2025
Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritise workplace safety and maintain a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to align objectives and strategies.
• Understand organisational impacts and contribute to positive changes.
• Process credit invoices, adjustments, and resident recharges accurately.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adhere to quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and comply with quality management systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
