HR Operations & Partnering has the prime responsibility for providing advice to Executive, line managers and employees on a diverse range of human resource matters including policy, practices and processes, remuneration level advice, workforce plans, and the management of redeployees.
The Transfer Assistant assists the HR Consultants and the Personnel Movement Consultant in the processing and maintenance of personnel movements within the agency pertaining to relieving and secondments including higher/extended duties and intra divisional transfers.
Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Salary
ASO2 - $57,842 - $62,221 per annum.
