What will your typical day look like?
We are looking to hire highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry. An effective communicator, you'll be a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization. Responsibilities will include:

• Applying complex Transfer Pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges
• Develop innovative Transfer Pricing and economic ideas, alongside responsive services, and work products
• Coordinating work with other client service colleagues globally to drive collaboration
• Manage a broad range of clients and provide advice on Transfer Pricing controversy issues, deal with revenue authorities and review Transfer Pricing documentation, including comparative economic analysis of transactions within multinational groups
• Identify new business development opportunities and drive key account relationships
• Ensure projects run to time and budget and are adequately resourced
• Coach, mentor and support a high performing team and act as an escalation point for junior staff members

You are someone with:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong corporate Transfer pricing or international tax experience, combined with strong financial, quantitative legal skills and/or technology skills
• A drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure
• Commitment to fostering an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
