Our Valued Client, is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator for their day shift, Monday to Friday.
As an Administration & Manifests Officer your daily duties will involve general administration duties (corresponding to emails, filing paperwork, and mailing), liaising with warehouse staff and customers on a daily basis, as well as sorting through consignments.
- Have Transport Industry knowledge / Experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have prior experience working in a Transport Dispatch Office
- High level of attention to detail
- Have Excellent time management skills, and a CAN DO Attitude
- Previous Manifest experience (highly regarded)
- Be able to work 5 days Monday - Friday.
- Be ability to work well independently, as well as within a team
- Be flexible with overtime as needed
This position is ongoing casual but could lead to permanent work in the western suburbs and would suit someone with a willing attitude and great work ethic.
