Transport Administration | Laverton North

Our Valued Client, is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator  for their day shift, Monday to Friday.
 
As an Administration & Manifests Officer your daily duties will involve general administration duties (corresponding to emails, filing paperwork, and mailing), liaising with warehouse staff and customers on a daily basis, as well as sorting through consignments.
 

• Have Transport Industry knowledge / Experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Have prior experience working in a Transport Dispatch Office
• High level of attention to detail
• Have Excellent time management skills, and a CAN DO Attitude
• Previous Manifest experience (highly regarded)
• Be able to work 5 days Monday - Friday.
• Be ability to work well independently, as well as within a team
• Be flexible with overtime as needed

This position is ongoing casual but could lead to permanent work in the western suburbs and would suit someone with a willing attitude and great work ethic.
