The Role

An opportunity exists within our NSW Contracts Division for a Transport Dispatcher to allocate and manage our fleet of vehicles. All training and coaching will be provided to successful applicant. 

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Allocating work to contractors ensuring service parameters are consistently met
• Effectively communicating with colleagues and sub-contractors
• Ensuring that all written and verbal communication with clients, colleagues & sub-contractors is always professional and courteous
• Ensuring that client expectations are met in terms of time and quality in the delivery of our services
• Being aware of OH&S requirements and responsibilities, training will be provided

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following skills and aptitudes:

• Relative comparable experience
• Computer literate
• Excellent knowledge of Sydney Metropolitan Area
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and Written
