ABF Express is currently hiring an experienced full-time Transport Company Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor service performance and profitability across all areas of transport operations including but not limited to utilisation of equipment, driver performance and route and run analysis.
- Implement and maintain cost-effective management plans for labour and equipment.
- Plan the most efficient and timely transportation routes for the fleet to pick up and deliver goods and products.
- Manage the availabilities, maintenance and repairs of all vehicles, and assist with any future purchases.
- Assist in the selection and training of labour to perform the required tasks according to company policy and relevant regulations, monitor and oversee performance undertaken by labour and ensure occupational health and safety.
- Develop tailored solutions for various cargo types, ensuring that goods are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality.
- Provide weekly financial and business performance and fleet progress reports to assist production efficiency and continuous improvements.

- 2 years of work experience
- Administrative, Management and Organizational Skills
- Understanding and experience e working within metro Sydney operations
- Strong organizational skills in terms of planning and route optimization
- Sound knowledge of current compliance and legislation requirements within the transport industry
- Experience managing company drivers and subcontractor
- Excellent client services and interpersonal Skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- A well-developed set of leadership, coaching. and organizational skills
- A positive and energetic approach

Salary Offered $70,000 to $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation
