Day Shift: Commences at 4:30 am
Afternoon Shift: Commences at 4:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Operate counterbalance LF equipment efficiently in a fast-paced transport environment.
- Perform tasks with a 70% forklift operating and 30% off-forklift split.
- Adapt to varying demands and priorities within the logistics space.
- Maintain honesty, transparency, and a positive attitude towards work.
- Ensure adherence to transport operations standards and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a counterbalance LF operator in a transport or similar fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and high-pressure situations.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to jump on and off the forklift as required.
- Sound understanding of transport operations within a logistics context.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
