Position: Transport Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Warehousing, Local and interstate Distribution needs and provide solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transportation services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
