About the role
  
The Transport Services Referral Officer is responsible for providing the daily operational support to CCQ’s Transport Services statewide.
  
This role is a Permanent, Full-time 37.5 hrs per week. 
  
About you
  
To be successful in this role:
  
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills   
  •  Experience working in a service delivery role of a community service organisation.
  •  Experience with scheduling bookings and rostering.
  •  Experience working with volunteers.
  •  Experience in handling confidential information.
  •  Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with a high level of time management and organisational skills.
  •  Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and be flexible.
  •  Excellent attention to detail.
  •  Advanced computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite and booking systems.
  •  Current Queensland Open C Class Drivers’ Licence.
