Job DescriptionThe Transportation Coordinator II is responsible for responding to inbound calls and requests for service needs by allocating accurate resources to facilitate the transport of goods and services. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.COMPENSATION: The hourly rate of pay for this position is $24.79. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.Job ResponsibilitiesPerforms and coordinates a variety of duties related to dispatch and schedulingResponsible for receiving calls for service; prioritizes and coordinates the service requestsWorks closely with management and the dispatch team to communicate needs and ensure timely guest serviceMaintains records and documentation of service requests on appropriate softwareProvides customer service and maintains a friendly demeanor toward customers, guests, clients, and co-workersAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
