As the Transport/Heavy Haulage Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations:

• Coordinate and administer daily haulage plans, ensuring timely deliveries
• Proactively manage driver fatigue to ensure safety
• Administer transportation documentation and maintain crystal-clear driver communication
• Collaborate with the project team to orchestrate seamless asset movements
• Plan and negotiate efficient pickup and delivery schedules with stakeholders
• Ensure unwavering compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and policies
• Efficiently raise purchase orders (POs) and work orders

• Solid knowledge of current Main Roads Regulations
