A temporary full-time role has become available for an experienced Travel and Accommodation Co-ordinator within a highly reputable industrial services company located in Ipswich.
We anticipate that this temporary role will be required for up to 1 month based on current business needs.
Duties include:
- Provide travel, accommodation and administration support
- Co-ordinating travel plans and bookings (including flights, car hire and Accommodation) – this will include the use of Globetrotter Corporate Travel software
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices (using Pronto and MS Excel).
- Providing general administration support to the team.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Previous administration experience (including organising Travel and Accommodation)
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Confidence learning and using new computer systems
- Availability to commence 08/04/2024
