Travel and Accommodation Co-ordinator (Multi-national industrial company – Ipswich)

A temporary full-time role has become available for an experienced Travel and Accommodation Co-ordinator within a highly reputable industrial services company located in Ipswich.

We anticipate that this temporary role will be required for up to 1 month based on current business needs.

Duties include:

• Provide travel, accommodation and administration support
• Co-ordinating travel plans and bookings (including flights, car hire and Accommodation) – this will include the use of Globetrotter Corporate Travel software
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices (using Pronto and MS Excel).
• Providing general administration support to the team.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

• Previous administration experience (including organising Travel and Accommodation)
• Strong organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Confidence learning and using new computer systems
• Availability to commence 08/04/2024
