AddressJoin as a Travel Consultant with high-end travel agency, you will be the trusted advisor for elite clientele, curating personalized travel itineraries that exceed their expectations. Your passion for luxury travel and dedication to outstanding customer service will be the cornerstone of this role. You will use your extensive knowledge of high-end travel destinations, exclusive resorts, and premium services to craft unique travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Tailor-Made Itineraries: Design and book bespoke travel packages, including luxury accommodations, flights, private tours, and exclusive activities.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel suppliers, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, and concierge services.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service throughout the entire booking process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for the client.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury travel, emerging destinations, and new high-end travel products.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Administrative Tasks: Handle all administrative duties related to bookings, including invoicing, itinerary changes, and travel documentation.
About You:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in the travel industry.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of travel products, destinations, and services.
Skills: Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre), MS Office, and CRM software.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and personalized travel experiences.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
