As a Nurse Generation Registered Nurse, you will play a significant role in providing healthcare services to our Aged Care partners. You are the heart of Nurse Generation, and you will value relationships and continuous improvement. Some of your key duties include Clinical Assessment, Care Planning, Care Coordination, Education, Advocacy and support and compliance with regulations.
You will have
- 3 Years of experience working experience within the Aged Care sector
- Bachelor of Nursing certificate
- AHPRA registration
- Up to date Immunizations
- NDIS/Police check or willingness to obtain
