Travel Nurse - Northern Territory

Multiple positions available for Registered Nurses across multiple Aged Care sites in the Northern Territory! Perfect opportunity for FIFO or Travel Nurses.
 

• Temporary Contract Positions Available
• Fly in Fly out
• Accommodation provided 
• Flights from and back home are covered 
• Double Time on Weekends + Public Holidays
• ASAP Start 

• AHPRA Registration in Australia
• COVID Vaccination (including at least one booster)
• 1 year minimum experience of working in Aged Care or Community
• Current Police Check and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain these
• Smartphone

• Clinical care of residents in Aged Care facilities.
• Documentation of vital signs, medication administration and resident assessments
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Family and resident education
• Infection control and prevention
• Palliative care, restorative care and pain management
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health
