If you have knowledge of New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands or have a background in working in the travel industry, then read on!

You are the person our travel agents love to speak to because you are an expert in your field. You are the sort of person who can dot the I’s and cross the T’s but has a creative flair for planning fantastic holidays. You regularly pitch in and help out your colleagues because you love to be a part of a successful and thriving team. You love reaching goals and going the extra distance.

Ideally, you will have:
- Sound knowledge of New Zealand and Australia
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Sabre & airfares knowledge preferred but not necessary
- Call center experience preferred.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Ski product knowledge beneficial
