Stornoway has an excellent opportunity for suitably qualified and/or experienced people to join our North-West team as a Tree Crew Member on a full-time basis. The position will be based out of East Devonport and Burnie/Camdale, and require the successful applicant to be physically fit, be able to work varying hours, and have a genuine interest in working outdoors in the tree industry.
You will undertake all aspects of tree maintenance work safely, working in a small crew, rotating through the day between chipping operations, safety observer, ground cutting as well as trimming and tree removal using an Elevated Work Platform.

What we need from you:
- Medium Rigid truck license (MR)
- High Risk Work Licence – Elevated Work Platform
- Operate and Maintain Chainsaw qualification
- Tree Faller Competency (desirable)
- General Safety Induction White Card
- First Aid/CPR
- Chipper Ticket
Pre-existing qualifications are negotiable for the right candidate with the right attitude and experience, and lack of some or all of the above will not disqualify your application.
