About the Role:
WorkPac are currently recruiting a Tree Maintenance Programmer on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing work orders and requests from the community in relation to maintenance scheduling. This is a full-time opportunity, operating on a Monday to Friday roster.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Follow WHS legislation, policies, and procedures related to the work being undertaken.
- Responsible for and actively involved in identifying and managing risk in day-to-day activities.
- Lead the scheduling of the reactive programmed maintenance for all Tree Maintenance activities.
- Scheduling and monitoring of works that align with project strategy outcomes
- Liaising with contractors and customers regarding maintenance requests and project schedules
- Develop process workflows, provide support and document procedures
- Analysing data and preparing reports for relevant communications.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in Project Scheduling and Management
- Effective stakeholder communication
- Ability to self-manage.
- Efficiently meet deadlines and produce high quality output
- Experience with federal, state, or local government desirable.
- Knowledge of arboriculture or Tree Maintenance practices desirable
- CiAnywhere and MS Suite software experience beneficial
- C-class drivers licence
